Dog lovers were out in force as the Playbarn at the MSPCA at Ard Jerkyl in Foxdale hosted a pug party.
The show included various classes for the dogs then pug racing with ’Belle’ being crowned the pug racing champion.
Competitors were charged £1 to enter each class or race with funds going to the Playbarn.
One of the organisers, Pauline Dolman, said : ’The party was well attended, there must of been about 40 pugs or pug cross breeds.’
The event raised £215 altogether.
