Tori Leigh Keen, aged 18, of Buck's Road, Douglas, has been bound over to keep the peace for 12 months.

She had previously pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault and a trial was set to take place on September 21.

However, the court heard that the complainant in the case had retracted their statement.

The charges were dismissed after she agreed to accept the binding order with a recognisance of £500.

Ms Keen was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers.
