Markus Samuli Neimela, aged 38, of King Edward Road, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with drink-driving and having no driving licence.

The offences are alleged to have been committed on April 2.
The case was adjourned until April 25 at the request of advocate Ian Kermode who said that there was a post-driving consumption issue to investigate, as well as a query on Mr Neimela’s licence.
Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
