A charge of being drunk and disorderly, against Joshua James Wilcox, aged 28, of Prince’s Avenue, Douglas, has been dismissed.

The court heard that the file had been reviewed by the prosecution, who had decided to offer no evidence.

Mr Wilcox had denied the charge and was represented in court by advocate Stephen Wood.
