Courses ranging from bag making to acrylic landscape painting are available for adults to study at University College Isle of Man.
More than 200 leisure courses are now open for online enrolment.
The college says they are designed to cater for people of a wide variety of abilities and ages.
Cathy Lord, leisure course manager, said: ’Now that we have come out of lockdown, it is a good time to focus on one’s wellbeing through discovering our exciting range of leisure courses. The courses are not only a great way to meet new like-minded people, but also to learn and develop new skills.’
To encourage island-wide participation and easy access, courses are currently offered at 15 different locations across the island, including Jurby Community Centre, a new location introduced this year.
The updated guide includes a broad range of new subject areas such as bag making, beginner and intermediate baking, vegan baking, sleep hygiene, personal cyber safety, art for wellbeing, acrylic landscape painting and French conversation.
The leisure guide is available online, at UCM’s Homefield Road campus in Douglas and libraries across the island and the JobCentre.
People can also call 648200 to request for a copy to be posted to them.
