Schools will reopen to all children in four age groups from June 22 it has been confirmed.
The island’s schools have been closed to all but children of key workers and those classed as vulnerable since March 23.
All schools will reopen on June 15, with children currently attending a hub allowed to return to their own school two days later when bus services will also restart.
Children in years two, six, 10 and 12 will be the first year groups to return to their schools full-time, although attendance will be on a voluntary basis until September.
There is currently no fixed date for the return of children in other years but this is under constant review.
