An arts festival, initially proposed to take place during the summer has had to be called off for 2021.

The Ellyn Arts Fesival had been due to take place at the amphitheatre on Douglas Head on July 24.

However the organisers have issued a statement, saying that they have decided to hold off holding the festival this year, due to the results of ’many events out of their control and after a lot of conversations’.

The festival was initially designed to celebrate the arts scene in the Isle of Man and was to feature a wide range of performers from a variety of backgrounds and styles.
