The Peel Centenary Centre has teased what it believes could be one of its best ever music line-ups, with a series of performances planned for the first half of 2027.
The venue said it was preparing a ‘feast of music’ for audiences, promising a mixture of familiar favourites and new artists.
However, music fans will have to wait a little longer to find out exactly who will be taking to the stage, with the centre yet to decide whether to announce its acts all at once or reveal them individually.
In a post on social media, the venue said: ‘We are so excited about the feast of music we have lined up for the first half of 2027 for the Peel Centenary Centre!
‘Just about the best selection of music we have ever brought to the island! Some old favourites and some fabulous new artists.’
The centre added that it was grateful to the supporters who continued to attend its events throughout the year, as well as the team who help make the performances possible.
It said: ‘As ever, we're so grateful to all our wonderful friends who support us come rain or shine and the great team at the Centre who make these events possible!’
The announcement offers an early glimpse of the programme planned for the first six months of next year, although no artists, dates or ticket details have yet been confirmed.
The Centenary Centre, based on Atholl Street, hosts a range of live music and entertainment events, attracting performers from the island and further afield.
The venue has encouraged people to keep an eye on its Facebook page and its website for further announcements.
