The funeral of Fraser Vaughan will be held in two weeks’ time.

Fraser Vaughan died aged just 27 on December 30 while on holiday in Costa Rica, with his long-term girlfriend Hannah Stout.

His family have announced that his funeral will be held at Christ Church, in Laxey, on January 31 at 2pm, with a reception afterwards at the Salmon Centre near the Laxey Wheel.

Fraser grew up in Laxey with his sister Rebecca and parents Frank and Sheila. He played for the village football club’s junior teams.

Fraser attended Ramsey Grammar School, where he met Hannah, before going on to graduate from the University of Manchester.

After graduating, he completed his training as a chartered accountant. Fraser trained with PWC and moved to Douglas-based Conister Bank just before Christmas.
