Preparations are under way for the St John’s Produce Show.

It will be held on Saturday, September 7, at Methodist Hall, Main Road, St John’s.

Funds raised will be to be donated to Manx Diabetic Group Monitors4Kids and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Isle of Man.

Entries will be accepted on Friday, September 6, between 7pm and 8.30pm and on the show day between 9am and 11.30am.

Judging starts at noon and doors open to the public at 3pm, with admission being £1 for adults and free for children.

This includes refreshments, which will be served until 4.45pm.

Evening admission is free.

At 7pm the silverware will be presented by Janet Clarkson from Monitors4Kids and John Houghton from Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Isle of Man ahead of the auction of produce at 7.30pm
