The last of a series of summer orienteering events takes place on Thursday.
The event, organised by the Isle of Man Orienteering Klubb, will take place at Conrhenny Wood with the launch of a * orienteering map of Conrhenny Wood and permanent orienteering marker course, which has been funded by Manx Lottery Trust.
Registration is between 6.15pm to 6.45pm beside the main car park, with the event starting at 7pm in a mass start.
Participants have an hour to navigate their way around the wood, collecting as many markers as they can before the finish at 8pm.
This activity is suitable for people of all ages and people can take part as individuals, families or groups of friends.
Children must be under the supervision of an adult.
Participants can walk, jog or run and suitable footwear and clothing must be worn for weather and underfoot conditions.
Bring a pen or pencil to record answers on score sheet.
Cost per map and description sheet, adult: £3, children under 16 years old, £1.
