Hairy Bikers Si King and Dave Myers will be returning to the island next year as part of their 2020 UK tour.

The motorcycle riding chefs will be appearing at the Villa Marina next September 29 as part of their 38-date tour across the British Isles and Ireland.

The Hairy Bikers have been entertaining Britain with their TV shows for over a decade and have sold in excess of 5.7 million copies of their books based on the importance of great food and home cooking to every household.

Their previous trips to the island have included filming during the TT for the BBC series The Hairy Bikers’s Cookbook and as guests at the Food and Drink Festival in 2009. And the duo showed off the Isle of Man’s cuisine cooking loaghtan lamb and queenies on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen.

A statement on behalf of the duo said: ’We can’t wait to tour again in 2020. The audience is a huge part of our show, so no night is the same. There will be music, chat, food, questions, answers, fun and frolics. A perfect bikers night out! See you there.’

Promoters SJM Concerts Ltd said tickets for their tour go on sale at 10am on Friday November 1.
