A traditional family harvest thanksgiving gift service will be held at St John’s Methodist Church on Sunday, October 8.

Gifts from the children for the elderly and others in need within the parish will be received during the service, which starts at 11am.

Meanwhile, on Monday, October 9, there will be a Harvest Sing, mhelliah and supper in the Tynwald Hill Inn in aid of chapel funds.

The event starts at 7pm.
