The future of the air bridge between the Isle of Man and Guernsey is being considered as cases of Covid-19 rise in the Bailiwick.
Earlier today, Guernsey’s government confirmed the number of active cases had doubled overnight to four.
A link has been found between all four cases, however the public health team in Guernsey has not yet been able to confirm the source of the outbreak.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle was due to speak at 4pm today to provide an update on the Covid-19 situation, however this has now been postponed until 1pm on Friday to allow for contact testing results in Guernsey to be returned and a fuller picture becomes clear.
No decision has yet been made on the air bridge, with a flight due to arrive in the island from Guernsey on Saturday.
