Five more people have tested positive for coronavirus, this morning’s government update reveals.

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Isle of Man now stands at 289.

In total 275 patients have been instructed to self-isolate and 10 are being treated at the hospital.

The contact tracing process is already under way led by the government’s public health department.

There have been 2,233 concluded tests, 89 people are awaiting results and 63 people are awaiting tests.

In total 168 individuals are presumed recovered.

There have been four deaths caused by the coronavirus in the Isle of Man.
