Elective operations due to take place at Noble’s hospital today and tomorrow (October 14-15) are being re-scheduled to allow for the installation of essential new equipment in the operating theatres.

Manx Care said that patients whose operations have had to be postponed will be kept informed of plans to reschedule, with this expected to be within the next two weeks.

Emergency, trauma and obstetrics cases will continue.
