The flu vaccine is the most expensive drug bought by the Manx NHS, at more than £4,300 a dose.

A list of the 24 medications that cost more than £1,000 each was released by the Department of Health and Social Care following a Freedom of Information request.

Flu vaccine Imuvac topped the list with five items issued at a cost of £4,324 per item and a total cost of £21,624.
