The new Covid-19 measures have been unanimously backed by Tynwald members.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan brought the newly implemented measures to the Tynwald court for approval this morning. These were announced on Sunday, November 28 at a press briefing.
The measures included face coverings being made mandatory in healthcare settings and on public transport, face coverings being ’expected’ in places such as retail premises and people travelling from within the common travel area having to take a lateral flow test within 12 hours of arriving in the island.
