The Isle of Man has enough lateral flow devices, the government told the Isle of Man Examiner.

Its announcement came as the English NHS’s website said that there were no lateral flow testing kits available.

’The Isle of Man Government can confirm that there are approximately 10 days’ supply of LFD (lateral flow devices) currently on island with large amounts in transit,’ a spokesman said.

’Our supplier has reserved a good quantity in their warehouses and can facilitate quick delivery as required.

’We are aware of the potential UK shortage, however they do have a different supply chain in place and shouldn’t be affected.’
