Once further Covid death at the Abbotswood care home has been confirmed - and one further case of the virus identified.

Treasury Minister Alfred Cannan gave an update at a press briefing this afternoon.

The latest fatality means there have been 16 Covid deaths in the community and five in hospital.Eighteen on the fatalities were residents from Abbotswood.The one new confirmed case takes the tally to 309, with 252 presumed recovered.

There have been 2,941 tests concluded with 45 awaiting results and 30 waiting to be tested.
