The Patient Transfer office at Crookall House has been closed to the public until further notice.

To ensure that urgent travel is booked, please only call the office if you need a booking within the following seven days - the number is 642673.

Claims for travel can be scanned and emailed to: [email protected] or post to us at Crookall House.

Please keep copies of any receipts sent in support of your claim as we’re unable to process without the relevant receipts.
