St John Ambulance will be delivering prescriptions again during the firebreak lockdown.

The charity is partnering with pharmacists island-wide to provide a prescription delivery service for those in need due to current Covid-19 restrictions.

SJA will be delivering medications from the Noble’s Hospital pharmacy to extremely vulnerable members of the community shielding.

Community first responders and ambulance crews are standing by for any additional support the Isle of Man Ambulance Service may require.

The charity has confirmed that the current lockdown has resulted in a temporary freeze on scheduled courses undertaken by the public.

Those booked in for courses can transfer to another course later in 2021.

The prescription delivery service has already commenced and anyone in need of this service should contact their local pharmacy direct, not St John Ambulance.
