Ryan Kyle Shaw, aged 22, of Magherchirryn, Port Erin, will face a Newton Hearing on June 30.

He has previously pleaded guilty to driving while under the influence of benzoylecgonine, diazepam, and ketamine, as well as possessing cocaine and cannabis, all committed on January 14.

However, Shaw entered a basis of plea disputing some of the prosecution facts, so the hearing will be held to settle the dispute.

He was represented in court by advocate Jane Gray.

Bail continues.
