A reunion is to be held for pupils who attended Douglas High School for Girls 60 years ago.
Organisers are hoping to meet up with girls who left Douglas High School for Girls in July 1960 or thereabouts.
The annual reunion is planned for Friday, September 10.
’It would be lovely to see as many of you as possible on this occasion,’ said organiser Chrissie Brack.

’We may no longer have our buildings [Park Road], which were demolished in 2013, but we still retain our own special recollections of friends, teachers, classrooms and a wonderfully spacious assembly hall.’
The reunion will be held from noon at the Douglas Golf Club, upstairs.
The restaurant provides a choice of meals, which can then be paid for individually.
