The Department of Infrastructure is proposing a 20 mph speed limit on roads within Ramsey’s town centre.

It applies to Parliament Street and peripheral roads and aims to create a pedestrian and cycle friendly environment.

There are similar schemes in other places around the island, including Castletown.
