What is your idea of a perfect meal?
It has to be a romantic meal with Katie. That being said, my friends Claire and Nick host pretty awesome gatherings with plenty of food, lots of laughs and maybe a gin or two.
What is your favourite way to relax?
I’m a bit of a kid at heart - so, if I’m not tinkering on a car with my dad or making my own music, I’m watching a movie or TV show in bed with snacks.
What is your greatest extravagance?
Other than owning two cars (I’m a petrolhead), that accolade might have to go to the amount of money I spend on Red Bull.
Do you have any pets?
Not currently, although my girlfriend wants a zoo, aquarium and a farm one day, so I may have some pets in the future.
What is your greatest achievement?
I once ate a pizza in five minutes. Other than that, I wouldn’t call myself a successful person at all!
What is your favourite time of the year?
I love the TT as the island seems to come alive and the atmosphere is brilliant.
What is the first job you ever had?
I was an organ tuning assistant with Peter Jones when I was 12. I held each note down on the organ while he tuned the pipes.
Do you have any irrational fears?
I have a fear that one day I will run out of cheese and Red Bull and be forced to eat a salad instead. All jokes aside, I do have depression and anxiety issues, and I’m autistic too, so I do have a few real fears that I’d love to turn into irrational thoughts.
What is your worst habit?
I am told that I’m an incredibly loud snorer.
What is your favourite book?
I absolutely love ’The Secret Diaries of Adrian Mole’ series by Sue Townsend. I can relate to his social awkwardness really well.
What is your favourite TV programme?
I love all kinds of TV programmes, and I laughed my head off when watching Danny Dyer present ’The Wall’, although I’m not sure that was supposed to be a comedy.
What is your favourite band/artist at the moment?
Above and Beyond have released music recently that I’m enjoying a lot.
What is your favourite part of the Isle of Man?
My favourite part of the Isle of Man has to be the Point of Ayre. When I’m craving some peace and quiet, it’s the place I head to.
What is the last show/band that you saw live?
The Addams Family. I wasn’t able to audition for the show, and it was nice to enjoy watching one for a change. Also, Mark Britton stealing every scene he was in as Lurch was ace!
If time/money were no object, what would be your perfect day?
My perfect day involves no negative thoughts, making no mistakes and a lot of pizza.
Choose three people, dead or alive, to invite to dinner?
I’d invite Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un and Boris Johnson to dinner, just to see who would be dead or alive at the end of it.
