The Isle of Man Bank is offering customers advice on how to claim a refund on flights booked through collapse airline Flybe.

A text message has been sent to some customers of the bank advising them to visit its website for information on how to claim money back.

On the website, the bank is providing a form for customers who booked via Isle of Man Bank issued debit or credit cards to complete and submit.

The bank’s website adds: ’If you’re currently on a trip please contact Flybe for further guidance. If you have booked via a travel agent, third party or paid via PayPal, please contact the company for further advice.’
