The weather forecast from the Met Office:
Wet for much of today with some heavy rain at times and a strong southwest wind at first which will turn to the northwest later this morning and moderate before freshening again from the west or northwest this evening. Mild at first with temperatures up to 11 Celsius but it will turn noticeably colder during the afternoon. The rain will clear to showers this evening which may fall as sleet or snow over the hill tops.
There could be a few showers to begin with tomorrow but most of the day will be dry and bright with some sunshine. A colder day generally with temperatures no more than 5 or 6 Celsius, and feeling particularly cold in the morning with a fresh to strong westerly wind which will fall light during the afternoon.
A frost tomorrow night then a cold day on Wednesday with a fresh north or northwest wind and a few wintry showers.
