Temperatures will be low today, weather forecasters are warning.
The Met Office has issued another yellow weather warning. They say we will have frost and icy patches.
The forecast:
Cold but dry and bright today with sunny intervals developing after a rather cloudy start. Temperatures only rising slowly to just 4 or 5 Celsius at best, but feeling much colder in the fresh or strong southeast winds, and staying sub-zero on the hills. Very cold overnight with minimum temperatures widely below freezing except on windward coasts.
Fine on Sunday with a good deal of sunshine but still cold with a fresh east-southeast wind restricting temperatures to 3 or 4°C.
Cold and rather cloudy for Monday, but a little less breezy, then very cold for Tuesday and Wednesday with an increasing likelihood of scattered snow showers brought by a stiff and bitter east to northeast wind. Top temperature only around 2°C.
