Peel’s lifeboat crew has celebrated the birthday of their boat, Ruby Clery, which is 25years old this month.

Past and current crews met along with members of committees and families for an afternoon tea and barbecue supplied by the Ladies Guild and crew.

As the Examiner reported last week, the crew is going to get a new boat in 2021.
