A 58-year-old man accused of making nuisance calls to emergency services has been refused bail.
Jonathan Richard Fletcher previously denied the offence, alleged to have been committed on July 14.
A pre-trial review was held on September 10 and a trial has now been set for January 7.
He was already due for a trial for a previous allegation of making nuisance calls to emergency services on January 29.
That trial will also be held on January 7.
Fletcher made a bail application which was initially not opposed by prosecutor Sara-Jayne Dodge.
However, he then began disputing some of the bail conditions, so Ms Dodge said that she was then opposing bail.
Magistrates remanded Fletcher, who lives at Mona Street, Douglas.
