Justin Jackson, aged 48, of Central Promenade, Douglas, has appeared in court charged with being drunk and disorderly.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on June 10.

He was represented in court by duty advocate David Reynolds who asked for an adjournment until July 4, saying that a resolution may be possible if time was allowed for discussions with the prosecution.
