Miles Andrew Bilton, aged 65, of Laxey, has been charged with having a vehicle in a dangerous condition.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on June 11.

He did not appear in court but a summons advising him of the court date could not be proved as served.

A new summons was issued with a rescheduled court date of August 3.
