Tennis player Billy Harris is gearing up for games this summer.
Management consultancy company Douglas-based Auxesia is continuing to sponsor him with an undisclosed sum of money.
It has supported him since 2012.
The 24-year-old, who is from Castletown, has recently bounced back from a period of injury and is now playing in the French league.
In June Billy will be joining the International Tennis Federation (ITF) circuit, playing matches around the world.
Billy is also looking forward to a game against Gianni Mina, who had a high world ranking and played against Radael Nadal at Roland Garos in 2010.
The management consultancy and business mentoring firm supports individuals and companies throughout all stages of development, using its panel of experts to identify and implement small changes, and helping its clients to grow and flourish.
Billy, who became the first player from the Isle of Man to win a singles match at the All England Club in 2013 when he won in the first round of the boys’ singles at Wimbledon, said: ’I am so extremely grateful to Auxesia for its support.
’Not only has the financial support allowed me to focus on my training programme but the belief in me from AuxStuart Colligon [a director of Auxesia] and the team is a wonderful network to have.
’I’m looking forward to the tournaments planned this year and an action-packed summer.’
