The Methodist Ladies’ Luncheon Club met at The Mount Murray Golf Club and enjoyed with entertainment lead by Gareth Moore at the piano and Olivia Black singing solos.

They appreciated Gareth’s playing of a carol about Jesus’s birth to the tune of Ellan Vannin and a solo of ’Sleep little babe’ sung by Olivia.

Members all joined in singing ’O Little Town of Bethlehem’ and then heard solos of a German Christmas hymn, a John Rutter carol and ’Mary’s Boy Child’ from Olivia.

They sang again all together ’Walking in a Winter Wonderland’ and then heard the solo singing of ’The Cat and Mouse’ carol.

A sincere vote of thanks was given to the talented entertainers by Esther Mills.
