The weather forecast from the Met Office
Cloudy and misty at first today with some coastal fog and outbreaks of rain and drizzle, which will gradually clear later this morning as the mist and fog lifts leaving the afternoon fine with warm sunny intervals. Temperatures rising to 18 or 19°C in central and northern parts of the island, but a few degrees cooler in the south with the fresh south to southeast wind.
Dry this evening & tonight as further low cloud and mist develops late in the night. The south to southeast wind will become mainly moderate with lowest temperature near to 8°C.
The mist and low cloud tomorrow will break at times to allow some bright or perhaps sunny spells to develop, particularly across the north and west of the island. Warm in the sunshine with highs of 15°C away from the windward coasts, where it will be a few degrees cooler.
Fine and dry on Friday with lengthy sunny spells and a light west to southwest breeze. Pleasantly warm in the sunshine with a top temperature of 17°C. Then turning quite chilly overnight.
