A combination of low cloud on the Mountain and showers has caused Monday’s Classic TT and Manx Grand Prix schedule to be postponed until Tuesday.

Roads will close at 11.30am tomorrow, with the shortened three-lap Sure Junior Classic TT due to get under way at midday.

The Motorsport Merchandise Superbike Classic remains four laps and is scheduled to start at 2.40pm.

Roads will then re-open for an hour at 5pm before shutting again for the Manx Grand Prix newcomers race at 6.15pm.

This has been reduced from four laps to three.
