Police have released the name of the motorcyclist who died in a road traffic collision on Sunday afternoon.
He was Kevin Baker, he lives in the Isle of Man and he was 69 years old.
Inspector Dave Dobbie said: ’Investigations are ongoing in relation to this collision.
’Our thoughts and condolences are with Mr Baker’s family.’
Mr Baker died following a collision on the Ballacraine to Kirk Michael road between Handley’s corner and Barregarrow crossroads in the area of Ballaskyr Farm.
Mr Baker was treated for his injuries by the public and paramedics at the scene.
He was airlifted to Noble’s Hospital but died later that evening.
