Phillip Ian Peel, aged 44, of Bircham Avenue, Ramsey, has appeared in court charged with driving under the influence of cannabis.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on January 14 and involve a reading of four.

The legal limit for cannabis is two.

He was represented in court by duty advocate David Clegg who asked for an adjournment until July 11, saying that Mr Peel wanted more time to speak to an advocate.

Bail was granted in the sum of £500.
