Ross Jordan McCullough, aged 33, of Ellerslie Gardens, Castletown, has denied driving under the influence of benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine.

The offence is alleged to have been committed on February 6 at the New Castletown Road in Santon.
A pre-trial review will be held in summary court on August 10.
Mr McCullough was represented in court by advocate Jim Travers.
Bail continues in the sum of £500.
