Douglas Council has backed a plan to agree a five-year lease deal with BMX Isle of Man to run Noble’s Park’s track.

The club will be seeking Lottery Trust funding towards the installation of a new starting gate and the council may contribute towards improvements to the track from the park’s services fund.

The club would take over the maitenance of the track as part of the deal.
