Sinead O’Connor is to perform in the island this December - and there will be nothing to compare to her.

Tickets for the all-seated concert in the Royal Hall, Villa Marina, on Wednesday, December 18, go on sale from midday today (Tuesday).

Having left the stage four years ago, Sinead O’Connor has converted to Islam and now embarked on international tour, with dates announced in the US, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Hungary, the UK - and the Isle of Man.

The entire run of Irish dates sold out in under an hour while her US tour is said to be selling out as quickly as shows are added.

Her return comes on the back of some small festival slots in Ireland.

Tickets for the Villa Marina show are priced from £42, including booking fee.
