The popular sandwich chain temporarily closed its Peel cafe in late October following the news that Tesco had taken over Shoprite.
In a statement online, Shoprite announced that Peel's Subway will be reopening on Wednesday November 15.
It's opening hours are set to be Monday to Saturday 8am until 4pm, with it closed on Sundays.
The long term future of the cafe remains unclear with Tesco taking over nine stores across the island, including Peel's two stores.
