Chief Minister Howard Quayle has confirmed the island will join Jersey and Guernsey in creating a public register of beneficial ownership.

Mr Quayle said the island has ’always’ met international standards and with this move, it will continue to do so.

The open register would bring the Crown Dependencies in line with the EU 5th Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
