The island’s Green Party is holding a public meeting for those interested in learning about its political vision.
Members of the public who are interested in joining the Isle of Man Green Party, nominating themselves for a position on the committee, or even wanting to find out more what it does, are welcome to attend the meeting on March 27.
During the event, members of the public will be given the opportunity to nominate themselves to be a part of the group.
Its current proposed committee roles include: leader, currently Andrew Newton; treasurer, currently Rhodes Brown; secretary, currently Andrew Newton; communications coordinator, including social media delivery; policy coordinator; election strategy coordinator and deputy leader.
This will take place at 6.30pm at the Columba Club, Sydney Mount, near the traffic lights junction of Circular Road in Douglas.
