The final date for MHKs to put forward their nominations will be May 5. An election, if necessary, will take place on May 18.
Mrs Poole-Wilson has been nominated by Garff MHK Daphne Caine and seconded by Middle MHK Bill Shimmins.
The Manx-born qualified solicitor, of Glen Vine, has worked as an employment lawyer and HR training specialist with mainly financial services companies in the UK, Europe and Asia.
She was legal aid deputy certifying officer from 2007 to 2010 and has experience in volunteering roles, most recently as a trustee of St Christopher’s Isle of Man and parent governor at Marown School. Married with two sons aged 12 and eight, she has been involved in many local theatre productions.
