There will be a new face on the Tynwald Advisory Council for Disabilities.

The council is made up of two Tynwald members and three Council of Ministers appointees, who serve five-year terms.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle will put forward for approval the names of Jayne Sloane and Angela Bridson, who are current members of the advisory council, along with David Gawne, who was nominated by the Parkinson’s Disease Society of the Isle of Man. If approved, he will replace Breda Craine.

The two Tynwald members are Geoff Corkish MLC and Douglas East MHK Clare Bettison.
