A protest against the current border policy was held this morning.
Protestors gathered outside the Legislative Buildings in Douglas at 9am.
They held signs saying ’no to segregation’, ’unvaccinated but not second class’ and ’end victimisation’.
One protestor wore a gas mask.
This follows a petition started at the end of June opposing the opening of the borders to the two-plus-two system.
Victoria Hodgson, 38, started the petition and organised the protest as she called on the government to adapt a policy that was ’inclusive, fair and avoids any discrimination’.
