Chief Minister Howard Quayle gave a terse response to a request for details of his travel plans over the next three months.
In a written question, Speaker Juan Watterson (Rushen) asked Mr Quayle who he planned to meet in the UK over the next quarter.
Mr Quayle’s reply consisted of two sentences - and no names.
’All visits I undertake to the UK and elsewhere are part of targeted engagement to protect and defend the island’s reputation, economy and quality of life,’ he said.
’Visits which I will undertake in the next three months and beyond will continue to be in that regard.’
