Representatives of public sector union Prospect will be visiting various workplaces this week.
November 4-10 has been designated Union Week and Prospect Isle of Man, which has more than 2,400 members, says it will post on Facebook each day to let people know where its team will be.
Negotiations officer Mick Hewer said the idea was to raise awareness of the different services that Prospect can provide and to let workers know of their rights.
Anyone joining Prospect this week will receive their first three months’ membership free, while there are also incentives for current members to introduce new people to the union.
